PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS AT FITBODY FITMIND

Fitness, strength, abdomen and core strength, flexibility, boxing technique/training, diet and nutrition.

Personal training one to one ensures you are working towards your own specific goals. You will be shown how to maintain correct form and technique throughout all the exercises to achieve the maximum results. Personal training represents excellent value for money and you will learn methods that stay with you for life. You will receive a training log sheet for each session.

Costs; £25 per hour (members)

£35 per hour (non-members)

Block booking £250 = 10 one hour sessions.

Sessions are to be paid for at time of booking
