Body bar sessions - conditioning the body using bars. Great for flexibility, toning etc.
Multi - functional training - individual exercises working lots of muscle groups in one exercise. Cuts down on training times.
Sports specific training - exercises to improve the individual sport whether it being football, running, cycling, rugby, boxing, etc. |
